The University of Strathclyde has a diverse mix of students, with more than 100 different nationalities. There are currently around 700 Chinese students, who study alongside other students from the UK and across the world.

Strong relationships with China
The University has close links with top Chinese universities, including Fudan, Nanjing and Zhejiang. It is also home to the Confucius Institute for Scotland’s Schools (CISS), which promotes education co-operation between China and Scotland.
Your pathway to the University of Strathclyde
You can progress to the University when you successfully complete a pathway programme at the University of Strathclyde International Study Centre (ISC). At the ISC, you will study English language and academic modules that prepare you for your degree.
